Flowing Fog

Early morning a great way to start the day, out with a camera and just following my eye. Digital, straight file.

I couldn't get the question and answer thing to work so thought I would post here. My problem is light! I cant get it right. On my blog if you scroll down a couple you will see the one titled "Light I suck at it" for an example of my light work!! Outside photos with bright white faces!!

Hi Angela, I'm still a novice at setting up the blog,anyway the image you mention is a classic case of overexposure. Where you have bright light and white sand there will be lots of reflected light, Check your camera metering, try spot metering for their faces.It appears your camera has exposed for the rocks behind them and therefore blown out highlights.
